Greet customers promptly and courteously, taking accurate food and beverage orders.

Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring food quality and consistency.

Provide professional service to exceed guest expectations.

Actively upsell menu items to maximize revenue and enhance guest experience.

Follow service sequence standards and maintain full knowledge of the menu for suggestive selling.

Manage table setup and closure within assigned section.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, including condiments, napkins, workstations, and equipment.

Coordinate with the cashier to handle invoices and tips accurately.

Attend departmental briefings and contribute to effective team communication.

Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
