Job Overview:

Hashtag Media is a creative digital agency specializing in web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to help us efficiently manage communication on Fiverr and Upwork. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, monitor inboxes, maintain records of conversations, and escalate important matters promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Inboxes: Regularly check for new messages and inquiries on both Fiverr and Upwork.
• Respond to Inquiries: Reply to client messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Initial Triage: Screen messages to determine if they can be handled directly or require escalation.
• Communication: Immediately notify about urgent or complex client requests.
• Maintain Records: Keep track of ongoing conversations and project statuses for smooth follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the internal team through designated communication channels to align on client communication, project updates, and timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in client handling, customer support, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Freelance Platforms: Previous experience with Fiverr and Upwork is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and friendly messages.
• Reliability: Must be dependable and consistent in monitoring and responding to messages.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks without constant supervision.

Note: This is primarily a remote role, with six working days a week. However, the employee is required to attend the office as needed or when requested by the management.
