Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our UK-based Real Estate operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage administrative and client coordination tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle property inquiries, coordinate viewings, and follow up with clients and agents.

Manage and update property listings across multiple real estate platforms.

Maintain accurate client and property databases using CRM systems.

Draft and respond to emails, prepare reports, and manage correspondence for the UK team.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and calls with agents, landlords, and clients.

Conduct online research and compile property or market data as required.

Provide daily administrative support to the UK real estate team to ensure workflow efficiency.

Ensure all communications and tasks are handled professionally and on time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in real estate support, administrative assistance, or virtual assistant roles (experience with UK or international clients preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or property management software.

Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm

Location: Near Thokar Niaz Baig
