Virtual Assistant

Position Introduction:
We are looking to onboard fresh, enthusiastic individuals for the role of Virtual Assistant. This is an introductory-level opportunity that includes a two-month structured training program to help you understand core e-commerce operations. No previous experience is needed, although strong English communication and an interest in online business will be beneficial.

Core Responsibilities:

• Update and manage product listings across various online marketplaces
• Assist with inventory checks and order fulfillment processes
• Address customer questions and provide basic support
• Maintain accuracy of product information and website updates
• Learn fundamental SEO practices and apply them to routine tasks

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates are ideal applicants (Matric/Intermediate candidates may apply if English proficiency is strong)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Organized, attentive to detail, eager to learn, and cooperative
• Must reside in Rawalpindi
• Comfortable working the evening shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM)
• Must be fully available for full-time work and not engaged in any educational program
