Role Description

This is a full-time REMOTE role, for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to various teams. Daily tasks include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, organizing documentation, and performing basic research. The role also includes assisting in project management, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of tasks, and providing support in daily operations as needed.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and document organization
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to handle correspondence and provide professional support
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
  • Ability to conduct research and compile findings in a clear and actionable manner
  • Experience in basic project coordination and problem-solving
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with digital tools and communication platforms is a plus
