Virtual Assistant –Acquisition Support/Lead Generation

About Us

Next Level REI is a real estate investment company focused on helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and easily. We specialize in working with motivated sellers and creating win-win solutions through cash offers and creative deal structures.

We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills who can help us connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property and find other home sellers to work with.

If you have experience in real estate lead management, acquisitions support and/or cold/warm calling, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Your main role will be communicating with homeowners and helping move leads through our pipeline.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Calling homeowners who have already submitted their property information or expressed interest in selling
  • Building rapport with sellers and gathering property details
  • Asking the right questions to determine seller motivation and timeline
  • Presenting cash offers or offer ranges to homeowners when appropriate
  • Schedule/conduct follow-up calls and appointments
  • Updating lead information and notes inside the CRM
  • Assisting with lead generation and marketing support
  • Following up with existing leads to keep deals moving forward
  • Identifying strong opportunities for our acquisitions team

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable speaking with homeowners.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant
  • Experience with lead management or acquisitions support
  • Strong English speaking and communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with homeowners on the phone
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized remotely

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Real estate investing
  • Motivated seller conversations
  • Appointment setting for acquisitions teams
  • Lead generation or marketing campaigns

What Success Looks Like

The right person will:

  • Consistently contact new leads quickly
  • Build trust with homeowners
  • Identify motivated sellers
  • Help move leads toward contracts and closed deals

Your performance will be measured based on lead contact rate, qualified leads, and deals generated.
