Virtual Assistant

ACH Foam Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records with accuracy.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
  • Support project teams by tracking deadlines and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Utilize various software tools to streamline administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
