ACH Foam Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.

Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

Organize and maintain digital files and records with accuracy.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.

Support project teams by tracking deadlines and following up on action items.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and task completion.

Utilize various software tools to streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
