Virtual Assistant – Accounting Background

Karachi, Pakistan

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with an accounting background to support our management team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, sharp, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. This role requires excellent communication skills, intellectual agility, and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the management team.
  • Handle data entry, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations as needed.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Manage invoices, billing, and expense tracking.
  • Perform internet research, document preparation, and email correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks.
  • Take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting support, administrative assistance, or similar role.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, data management, pivot tables).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Sharp, quick learner with a proactive and professional mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs115,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
