Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based real estate agents with lead generation, cold calling, and CRM management. This role requires strong communication skills, consistency in high-volume dialing, and the ability to qualify and nurture potential buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to U.S. homeowners using provided data
• Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations
• Schedule follow-ups and appointments for real estate agents
• Maintain and update CRM systems and lead tracking spreadsheets
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on lead progress
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of the agent to prospects
• Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining performance

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proven or strong interest in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
• Ability to work 8-hour dialing shifts with high focus and consistency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (CRM + spreadsheets)
• Active listening and ability to ask the right qualifying questions
• Basic understanding of the real estate industry (preferred, not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
