About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations. This role involves coordination, communication, and administrative support for international clients and internal teams.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with basic experience who are confident, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage emails, messages, and basic client communication
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain records, trackers, and documents
• Assist in online research and data entry
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Support management with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• Good English communication (written & verbal)
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs)
• Organized, responsible, and proactive
• Ability to manage tasks independently
