Virtual Assistant –Rental Property Operations

Job Description

• Update and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms
• Manage pricing, amenities, house rules, photos, descriptions, and availability
• Respond promptly to messages and inquiries on Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and email and other quires.
• Handle inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, special requests and other instructions and personalized welcome messages.
• Keep all calendars synced and up-to-date across platforms to prevent double bookings
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews across platforms
• Ensure high guest satisfaction scores and positive reviews
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports (occupancy, revenue, ADR, guest feedback, issues)

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing short-term rentals for UAE (Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar)
• Excellent written English – professional, friendly, and error-free
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Honest, discreet, and able to handle sensitive guest & financial information
• Experience managing 30+ property listings
• Location: Remote, Full time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
