Position: Virtual Medical Assistant
Location: On-site
Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000 per month
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers with administrative and patient coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and documentation.
• Assist with medical billing, claims follow-up, and administrative tasks.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinic staff as required.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or Healthcare Customer Support Representative is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate medical software systems.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
