Role Overview

The role of the Patient Counsellor (Virtual & In-Clinic) focuses on two key objectives:

  • Virtual Patient Counselling – Engaging with patients over calls, video consultations, or digital platforms to educate them about QI Spine’s unique treatment approach and guide them in making informed decisions.
  • Sales Conversion & Retention – Driving patient enrolment into treatment programs through trust-based counselling, clear communication of benefits, and ensuring treatment completion for long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Counselling & Engagement
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions with patients over phone/video calls, ensuring clarity about treatment plans, recovery timelines, and costs.
  • Follow up with patients who showed interest but did not commit, resolving barriers and providing reassurance.
  • Share patient success stories, testimonials, and outcomes to build confidence virtually.
  • Sales Conversion
  • Convert inquiries and first consultations into confirmed treatment enrollments.
  • Demonstrate strong persuasion while maintaining empathy, addressing patient objections and financial concerns effectively.
  • Ensure patient program commitment by reinforcing expected health outcomes.
  • Patient Experience
  • Build and maintain a patient-first approach, ensuring every interaction (virtual or in-clinic) is empathetic, reassuring, and professional.
  • Coordinate with doctors to clarify patient doubts where clinical expertise is needed.
  • Track patient progress and encourage treatment completion for optimal results.
  • Operational & Reporting
  • Maintain detailed counselling reports and sales conversion data.
  • Collaborate with scheduling, finance, and clinical teams to streamline patient experience.
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations with a focus on patient satisfaction and revenue performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (HSC with relevant experience may also be considered).
  • Strong experience in virtual counselling, telesales, or inside sales in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales conversion targets.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and digital platforms for patient engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
