Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager to handle a hybrid portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing clients within its Commercial Banking (CMB) segment. Key Responsibilities
 
* Manage a portfolio of 400 500 primarily non-borrowing clients under the Virtual Relationship Unit
* Achieve portfolio growth, revenue targets, product penetration, and client activation KPIs
* Reactivate dormant or inactive customers and onboard new clients through referrals
* Cross-sell FAB banking products including accounts, trade, lending, FX, and bancassurance
* Act as the primary remote point of contact for clients, delivering proactive advisory and support
* Maintain accurate CRM and customer engagement records to ensure personalized service
* Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, and regulatory obligations
* Coordinate with risk and compliance teams on enhanced due diligence and transaction reviews
* Provide input on process improvements and contribute to service excellence and NPS growth
* Regularly update KYC profiles and remediate expired cases in line with bank standards
* Participate in FAB s training and development programs to continuously improve service delivery
 
Candidate Requirements
 
* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Banking preferred
* At least 3 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking
* Proven ability to manage client relationships remotely across a large portfolio
* Strong understanding of banking products and commercial customer needs
* Excellent communication, advisory, and service orientation
* Familiarity with KYC, AML, risk controls, and governance frameworks
* Proficient in maintaining customer lifecycle and activity tracking through CRM systems
