Relationship Manager

We are looking for driven, experienced Real Estate Agents with a strong understanding of the local property market particularly in the luxury segment. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of high-end residential and commercial properties
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new luxury developments across the UAE
• Offer expert advice on property values, mortgage options, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate viewings, negotiate deals, and handle all related documentation
• Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the UAE real estate market
• Strong knowledge of luxury developments and communities
• Fluent in English; additional language skills in Chinese or German are a major plus
• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (preferred)
• Self-driven, professional, and results-focused
