We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our market presence.
Position Overview: The Business Development officer will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our recruitment business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients and build long-term partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Utilize this information to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our recruitment services and value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate placement. Provide feedback and insights to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate new business leads. Foster relationships with industry influencers and key players.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the recruitment industry, market trends, and best practices. Ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
