Job Overview:

As a Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process for various countries. You’ll manage case files, communicate with government agencies and embassies, and ensure timely and accurate application submissions. Your role is vital in helping clients achieve their travel, work, or immigration goals with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most appropriate visa options based on their needs and eligibility.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications and supporting documents.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.
• Track and manage applications through every stage of the process.
• Provide regular updates to clients and maintain clear communication.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any visa-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visa Consultant, Immigration Advisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
