The Visa Officer will be responsible for managing the complete visa application process for clients traveling to various international destinations. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of prior experience in handling visa documentation, embassy coordination, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, student, and work visas.
- Guide clients through the documentation and application process for different countries.
- Verify and review all required documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Keep track of application status and update clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of applications, correspondence, and visa approvals/rejections.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, requirements, and embassy procedures.
- Assist clients with appointment bookings, biometric scheduling, and travel insurance.
- Manage urgent or complex visa cases with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Visa Officer / Visa Consultant / Documentation Executive in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Hindi or additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals.
