Visa Processing Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Visa Processing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling visa applications, reviewing documentation, and ensuring all processes comply with current immigration laws and policies. This is a full-time onsite position based at Giga Mall, DHA Phase II, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collect and verify supporting documents according to visa category requirements.
• Input and manage application data into internal systems and government portals.
• Liaise with clients, applicants, embassies, and consulates as required.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate interviews or biometrics where necessary.
• Track application statuses and update applicants regularly.
• Stay informed of changes in immigration laws and visa regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support the Visa Processing Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or customer service (experience with student, work, or tourist visas preferred).
• Strong knowledge of immigration rules and visa types.
• Proficient in MS Office and visa processing software or platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
