Visual Communication Designer

We’re looking for a Visual Communication Designer who can turn ideas into crisp, memorable visuals across illustration and animation. . You’ll take loose concepts and refine them into strong creative directions, ensuring the idea is clear, the message is sharp, and the execution is thoughtful and aesthetically strong. This is a hands-on role: your primary focus will be creating and delivering high-quality visual outputs, not managing a team.

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Concept development: explore, iterate, and refine ideas into compelling creative directions aligned with the brief and audience insight.

⁠ ⁠Create original illustrations and animations (both frame-by-frame and motion graphics) for campaigns, products, and brand assets.

⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, developers, and producers to ship cohesive, high-quality work.

⁠ ⁠Contribute to brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and creative reviews with clear rationale for design decisions.

⁠ ⁠Design across formats: social media, web, product screens, print, presentations, and short-form motion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
