Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communication Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and a strategic approach to design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating ideas and brand messages into compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual designs aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Create engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and in-app assets
• Design presentations, pitch decks, infographics, and other corporate communication materials
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design consistency
• Interpret creative briefs and convert concepts into effective visual solutions
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all communication channels
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ensure final outputs meet quality, accuracy, and brand standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and brand-focused design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with marketing or product teams
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills are a plus
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles
• Experience in gaming, tech, or digital products is an advantage
