Visual Media Team Leader

InstaServ India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Media Team Leader with a strong background in graphic design, video editing, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the visual media team to deliver engaging, high-quality content across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the visual media team including designers, video editors, and motion graphic artists.
• Plan, assign, and oversee creative projects to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
• Conceptualize and execute visually appealing creatives, videos, and motion graphics for campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Review and enhance the team’s work to maintain high creative standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video techniques, and digital storytelling formats.
• Manage workflow, prioritize projects, and ensure effective resource utilization within the team.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation to bring fresh, creative perspectives.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and mentorship to the creative team to help them grow professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, leading a creative or visual media team.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and brand aesthetics.
• Experience in creating visual content for social media, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
