Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute eye-catching product displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all assigned stores.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve display effectiveness.
  • Maintain VM standards, props, signage, and layout designs.
  • Train store teams on visual display guidelines and planogram implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (preferably FMCG or fashion retail).
  • Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and color coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
