  • Job responsibilities

    Parfums Christian Dior Orient Travel Retail is looking for a VM Trainee to join the Middle East regional team, based in Dubai. The scope covers the Middle East, Africa, and India regions.

    Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Executive, the trainee will support the department with day-to-day tasks gaining hands-on experience in luxury beauty. The trainee will also support various tasks for the training department, offering diverse learning opportunities.

    Our ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Your role requires efficient communication and project management. Your main assignments will be focused on:

    Visual Merchandising (80%)

    • Oversee the procurement, management, and distribution of key Visual Merchandising assets, including visuals, posm, movies & content creation materials.
    • Maintain the VM database: Ensure up – to – date tracking and organization of the latest information on all our point of sales for the regional database.
    • Ensuring to collect and keep our flagship and core doors updated photos on a monthly basis + after each campaign implementation.
    • Support Retail Guidelines and Implementation according to the annual Marketing Calendar.

    Training (20%)

    • Support the creation, validation, and distribution of training materials and events in line with brand guidelines, working closely with the training department.
    • Communicate with participants to assist with the training sessions, coordinate on the afterwork and ensure everything is going smoothly

    • University or business school degree
    • Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
    • English speaking is mandatory
