Job Title: Voice NOC Engineer
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Education: B.E, BSCS, BS, or Master’s in a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of incidents.
• Understand and manage Wholesale VoIP traffic flow, including routing, termination, origination, and monitoring key performance indicators (ASR, ACD, PDD, NER).
• Perform SIP trace capturing and analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze Call Detail Records (CDRs) to troubleshoot call failures and performance issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively for accurate reporting and documentation during duty hours.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure clear, timely, and professional reporting.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SIP & SS7 protocols.
• Hands-on experience in routing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage 24/7 customer support in a rotational shift setup.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in Voice NOC or telecom operations is preferred.
