Position Overview

Noah Career Coaching is seeking a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow our online presence. This volunteer will support the Social Media Department by creating engaging content, increasing community awareness, and helping us reach individuals who could benefit from our free career services.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in marketing, communications, nonprofit work, or social media management.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts across platforms such as:
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• Nextdoor
• Promote Noah Career Coaching services and programs
• Share job search tips and career development content
• Help advertise volunteer opportunities and client services
• Respond to comments or messages when appropriate
• Assist in developing social media campaigns to attract clients and volunteers
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Interest in social media marketing or nonprofit outreach
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for helping people succeed in their careers

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with social media management tools
• Experience creating graphics using tools like Canva
• Marketing or communications background

Time Commitment
