Job Summary:
The VP - Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for protecting the financial integrity of a $1B, multi-entity transportation organization operating across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role oversees all accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, cost accounting, and internal controls. The VP - Controller ensures accurate and timely GAAP-compliant reporting, strengthens financial processes, and provides executive-level insight into performance, cost structure, and cash flow. This leader will build and develop a high-performing accounting team while driving operational discipline and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-location enterprise.
