A VRF Sales Executive sells Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems, acting as a technical expert to consult with engineers, contractors, and clients, generating leads, presenting solutions, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing projects and understanding building automation (BMS/BAS) for large commercial and residential needs.

  • Identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential clients (consulting engineers, architects, contractors).
  • Delivering technical presentations, explaining complex VRF/HVAC solutions, and addressing client needs.
  • Achieving monthly/annual sales goals and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Overseeing sales activities, ensuring project milestones are met, and coordinating with technical teams.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Strong understanding of VRF systems, HVAC principles, and potentially BMS/BAS.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Focus on specific VRF brands or large-scale project types (e.g., data centers, hospitals).
