Waiter

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality establishments in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service
• Check customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant/café
• Support team members and supervisors during busy operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
• Experience in UAE hospitality industry is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic English communication required (Arabic is a plus)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Training Requirement

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete 3 days of unpaid training as part of the final assessment process. This training will allow both the candidate and management to evaluate suitability for the role and operational standards.
