Front of House & Supervisory Roles

Assistant Supervisor - (3,000-3,500QAR)

What you’ll do: Support management in daily FOH operations, guide the service team, handle guest inquiries and feedback, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements: Previous supervisory or shift-lead experience in a cafe or restaurant setting, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Barista - (2,500-3,000QAR)

What you’ll do: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages, maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment, and engage warmly with customers.

Requirements: Proven experience as a barista, deep knowledge of coffee blends and brewing techniques, and the ability to work efficiently during busy rushes.

Waiter / Server - (2,500-3,000QAR)

What you’ll do: Greet guests, provide detailed menu knowledge, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and maintain a clean, organized dining area.

Requirements: A friendly, customer-first attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork skills.

Bakery & Culinary Roles

Bakery Commis 1 - (3,400 - 3,800QAR)

Bakery Commis 2 - (3,000 - 3,5000QAR)

Bakery Commis 3 - (2,500 - 2,800QAR)

What you’ll do: Support the bakery team with fundamental tasks such as ingredient preparation, equipment cleaning, packaging, and assisting the senior bakers as needed.

Requirements: a passion for baking, high energy, and a great work ethic and relevant experience.

[Valid QID with transferable NOC preferred - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.]
