Starting Salary: SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,300 + F.A.T.

Location: Riyadh

Position Overview: We are seeking professional Waiters to deliver attentive, gracious service at our prestigious luxury café in Riyadh. This role is essential to creating exceptional guest experiences through polished service execution, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests at assigned tables, greeting arrivals warmly, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a welcoming, comfortable dining experience throughout their visit.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings including dishes, beverages, ingredients, and preparation methods, answering guest questions confidently and making appropriate recommendations based on preferences.
• Serve food and beverages using proper luxury service techniques, including correct presentation, timing, and etiquette, ensuring each course is delivered professionally and with attention to detail.
• Monitor assigned tables continuously, anticipating guest needs, refilling beverages promptly, clearing courses at appropriate intervals, and maintaining table cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining experience.
• Respond to guest requests efficiently and courteously, accommodating special needs, dietary requirements, and preferences while maintaining service flow and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Observe guest satisfaction and dining pace, adjusting service accordingly and alerting supervisors or captains to any concerns, special occasions, or opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate effectively with captains, fellow waiters, runners, and bussers to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating orders clearly, coordinating timing, and supporting team members during busy periods.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and beverage stations regarding orders, modifications, allergies, and timing requirements, ensuring accuracy and proper fulfillment of guest requests.
• Process guest payments accurately and professionally, handling transactions with discretion, presenting bills appropriately, and expressing sincere gratitude for their patronage.
• Assist in preparing the dining area before service, including setting tables to luxury standards, organizing service stations, ensuring supplies are stocked, and verifying that all elements meet quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional waiting experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, fine dining, upscale cafés, or premium service environments where high standards and guest satisfaction are paramount.
• Good English communication skills required; Arabic language ability is advantageous for serving diverse clientele and collaborating with team members in Riyadh's hospitality sector.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for hospitality essential. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure, stand for extended periods, and maintain focus during busy service hours.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,300.00 per month
