Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items or ingredients.
• Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Input orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Serve food and beverages in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and address any concerns promptly.
• Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Process payments accurately (cash, credit card, or other methods).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist in opening, closing, and side duties as assigned (stocking, polishing cutlery, etc.).
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
