Job Title: Experienced Waitress

Job Summary: We are looking for highly skilled and customer-focused Waitresses who are fluent in English, and proficient in either English or Arabic. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and guide them through the menu offerings, including daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Waitress or Server in a fast-paced restaurant, café, or hotel environment.
• Age: Must be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
• Language Skills:
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Documentation:
• Must possess a valid Qatar ID (QID).
• Must hold a valid Food Handler's Certificate (FHC) from Qatar.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
