Waitress/Service Crew

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and make menu suggestions.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
• Check on guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and promptly address any concerns.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Handle bills, process payments, and follow up with guests courteously.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with hotel policies and UAE regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Sheraton Al Khalidiya standards of service.
• Support colleagues and assist in banquet, coffee shop, or room service operations when needed.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
