The Role

At The One Cafe, our Waiters and Waitresses are the face of our "culinary rituals." You are not just delivering food; you are delivering an experience. From the moment a guest walks in, you are responsible for making them feel at home, guiding them through our unique menu, and ensuring every detail

Key Responsibilities

• The Art of Service: Greet guests with genuine warmth and manage the "flow" of their meal with grace.
• Menu Storytelling: Become an expert on our dishes. You should be able to describe the Menu.
• Precision Execution: Take orders accurately, manage table settings, and ensure the dining area remains a spotless, aesthetic sanctuary.
• Team Synergy: Work closely with the Food Runners & baristas amd Kitchen team to ensure plates arrive hot and at the exact right moment.
• Anticipating Needs: Refill water, replace napkins, and offer the next round of drinks before the guest even has to ask.

What We Are Looking For

• The Personality: You are naturally charismatic, well-groomed, and possess a "can-do" attitude.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a premium cafe or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent English skills; the ability to engage in sophisticated conversation with guests.
• Stamina: The ability to stay elegant and efficient even during a fast-paced, busy shift.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that others miss—a wobbly table, a dim light, or a guest who looks like they need assistance.
