Food Runner / Dispatcher

The Opportunity

We are looking for a professional Food Runner / Dispatcher who understands that the "pass" is the most important part of the restaurant. We require an individual who is fast, organized, and possesses a deep understanding of table service flow.

Core Responsibilities
Manage the kitchen display system (KDS) or tickets to ensure orders are prepared in the correct sequence.
Deliver dishes to the correct table/seat with professional posture and knowledge of the menu.
Act as the final "set of eyes" to ensure every plate is garnished correctly and served at the right temperature.
Support the Wait staff by clearing tables (bussing) and ensuring the station is always stocked with polished cutlery and glassware.

Mandatory Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

To be considered for this role, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Runner in a high-standard restaurant. You must be able to provide an Experience Letter or a reference from your previous employer.
OR a Diploma, Certificate.

Additional Skills:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• High level of personal grooming and hygiene.
• Ability to work under high pressure during peak "rush" hours.
• Currently located in the UAE .
