Job Description:

We’re hiring motivated Telecallers who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our trading solutions, and contributing to lead generation and client conversion efforts.

Key Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
• Present and explain our trading-related products and services
• Update customer data, conversations, and feedback in the CRM system
• Follow up with warm leads and assist in converting them into active clients

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers encouraged to apply!)
• Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, Malayalam & Arabic
• Knowledge: Basic understanding or interest in trading/stock markets is an advantage
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Energetic, positive, and target-oriented mindset
