Wanted Urgently Facility Operation Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Facility Operations Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in managing facility operations, maintenance, and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of all building systems, leading maintenance teams, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, fire alarm, and firefighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and authority approvals (e.g., QCDD requirements).
• Plan, manage, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead and supervise facility teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Manage AMC contracts, vendor coordination, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Handle client coordination, attend meetings, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures across all sites.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and inspections of facility systems.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure 24/7 operational readiness where required.
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in facility management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting systems, and building maintenance.
• Experience in QCDD regulations and inspections (mandatory in Qatar).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems .
• Valid driving license (preferred in GCC region).

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
