Warehouse Administrator

Job Description



Summary:
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing accurate warehouse documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures to support daily warehouse operations effectively.

Job Responsibility:
  • Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments by preparing required documents.
  • Update warehouse inventory systems and generate performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Address inventory discrepancies and logistic issues promptly.
  • Manage documentation such as stock transfer notes and dispatch records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Support warehouse supervisors in administrative tasks and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, documentation processes, and shipment coordination.
  • Proficiency in warehouse software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • Intermediate education or equivalent.
  • Additional training or certification in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage.
