Warehouse Executive

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. Your role includes coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that inventory is accurately maintained, and that our warehouse operates efficiently. You will work closely with other departments to support production and delivery schedules.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Preferably a college graduate with a background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Only Freelancer will be accepted.
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• A holder of a valid Qatar ID.
• Can join immediately.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of products.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.

• Location: Industrial Area
• Duration: Minimum six (6) months, extendable
