Warehouse and Logistic Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Executive with prior experience in a packaging/manufacturing environment and strong exposure to export logistics. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end warehouse operations, coordinating domestic and international shipments, and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Logistics & Export Operations

• Handle domestic and export logistics operations from order processing to final dispatch.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL/AWB, COO, etc.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Prior experience in a packaging or manufacturing company is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in export logistics and documentation is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
