Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Job Location: Thrikkakara, Kochi

Job Responsibilites:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, inventory control, space management, logistics, Vehicle maintenance and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
• Manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and clients to ensure efficient delivery with quality and customer satisfaction.

• Team Management: Assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and evaluating performance.
• Planning & Organizing: Creating efficient workflows, managing space, and optimizing operations.
• Problem-solving: Addressing issues promptly and effectively, such as inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays.

Requirements

· Degree in Logistics / Supply chain management or relevant field

· Min of 5 years’ of experience in INVENTORY/LOGISTICS.

. Male , Age Between 30 to 45 yrs, driving license.
