Bidfood Middle East is seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Assistant to support the smooth operation of our food service warehouse in Dubai. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing food products and supplies while complying with health and safety standards.

Key Deliverables

• Receive, inspect, and store food products in accordance with HACCP, ensure proper rotation (FIFO).
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock taking and reordering, assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Prepare customer orders for distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, store in appropriate conditions.
• Wear safety personal protective equipment and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and dispatches; assist with inventory audits.

Experiences & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehousing or logistics a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Forklift or other warehouse equipment certifications a plus.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and smart mover inside the warehouse.
• Product knowledge and handling is essential.
