Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track incoming and outgoing shipments, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Operational Oversight: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching plywood products.

Logistics Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries and manage the efficient flow of materials into and out of the warehouse.

Staff Supervision: Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures and safety protocols.

Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety regulations, ensure proper handling of materials, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Equipment Management: Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, and ensure they are in good working order and safely operated.

Warehouse Layout and Efficiency: Organize and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency and easy access to products.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including shipment records and inventory levels.
