Job Brief
The incumbent is accountable for managing stocks, orders, releases, storage, timely delivery, transferring goods to the correct areas, and ensuring accurate document recording and data entry into the system.
Accountabilities - Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
- Warehouse Coordination:
- Schedule product deliveries to avoid overcrowding.
- Check received products and sign the quality form.
- Notify Procurement & Logistics team upon product arrival.
- Create IR (Item Received) on Netsuite after receipt.
- Prepare Delivery Orders per Sales Orders.
- Arrange demo deliveries with the Sales team.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Assistants for proper storage and segregation.
- Manage transfer of incoming and outgoing products.
- Track product movements to prevent misplacement.
- Ensure correct product quantities are maintained.
- Alert for new product arrivals and shortages of existing stock.
- Inventory Check:
- Assist in periodic stock inventory and report expiry products.
- Check expired products against the Quality Inspection Form.
- Clearance:
- Process products after clearance, including local purchase or demo returns, and report to Sales Coordinators.
- File all LPOs and clearance documents properly.
- Create Delivery notes and Invoices based on LPOs.
- Assist sales team, customers, and suppliers via calls as needed.
- Create Sales return and internal sales adjustment documents on Netsuite.
- Prepare products for shipment with Warehouse Assistants and ensure proper loading.
- Transportation:
- Ensure timely deliveries and notify the Warehouse Supervisor of delays.
- Obtain signed Delivery notes and Invoices from Drivers, ensuring all documents are available.
- Admin:
- Support the Finance Department with necessary documents.
- Handle urgent situations promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe Warehouse environment.
Requirements - Experience: 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Job Specific Skills: Effective communication (bilingual in English & Arabic), time management, problem-solving, good computer skills (MS Office, ERP/Oracle), inventory control & reporting, ability to work under pressure.
- Additional Details: Candidate must be based in Riyadh, KSA, with a valid KSA driving license.
