Role Purpose

As Warehouse Coordinator AUH, you will own the day to day operations of our Abu Dhabi warehouse, ensuring events go out on time, in full and in excellent condition. You ll manage inbound and outbound flows, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate basic warehouse repairs, liaise with vendors and transport providers, and keep the facility safe and audit ready.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Systems

  • Maintain accurate stock in Odoo (receipts, transfers, picking, returns, adjustments).
  • Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock takes; investigate variances and post corrections.
  • Set and maintain par levels for fast moving items (consumables, cabling, staging spares).

Inbound (GRN)

  • Book inbound deliveries, inspect quality/quantities versus PO; raise discrepancies (short / over / damage).
  • Label and locate items; update rack/bin locations in Odoo.

Outbound & Event Support

  • Pick, pack and stage according to event load lists.
  • Prepare delivery notes/CMRs; coordinate pickups/returns with transport and site teams.
  • On return from site: de rig, inspect condition, quarantine damages/missing, and process returns in Odoo.

Warehouse Operations

  • Keep racking, aisles, staging zones organised (5S); maintain warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, ladders, basic tools).
  • Coordinate small repairs and cleaning; raise maintenance tickets for larger issues.
  • Manage consumables (tape, shrink, labels) and PPE stock.

HSE & Compliance

  • Enforce safe lifting and working at height rules, monitor correct use of equipment; maintain MSDS and signage.
  • Conduct weekly safety walks and checklists; keep fire exits clear and extinguishers in date.
  • Report incidents/near misses; participate in toolbox talks.

Vendor & Transport Coordination

  • Book couriers/trucks; compare quotes/SLAs; track on time pickup/arrival.
  • Liaise with rental suppliers for temporary gear; manage off site storage if needed.

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Fleet team and Finance (PO/GRN, returns, damage claims).
  • Provide a concise weekly AUH Warehouse update (outbound schedule, risks, shortages).
