Warehouse general helper

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse General Helper, your tasks will include:

• Receiving and unpacking incoming shipments of laptops, desktops, and parts
• Sorting, labeling, and shelving inventory in an organized manner
• Assisting with basic testing of computers and equipment (training provided)
• Cleaning and preparing laptops and desktops for refurbishment
• Packing and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Assisting technicians with inventory restocking and parts retrieval
• Helping with basic data entry (e.g., entering serial numbers or test results)
• Following company procedures and safety standards at all times
