Job Title: Warehouse In Charge

Location: Nawab Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–2 Years (FMCG Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate timely stock movement.
• Prepare warehouse reports, stock registers, and inventory documentation.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or overstock situations.
• Handle damaged, expired, returned, and defective products according to company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency.
• Support periodic inventory audits and ensure documentation is up to date.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse management experience in the FMCG industry (Mandatory).
• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse documentation.
• Experience preparing stock reports and maintaining inventory records.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
