Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse In charge to manage and oversee the daily operations of our surgical products warehouse. The role involves supervising the receipt, storage, and dispatch of surgical instruments, consumables, and other medical supplies in a hygienic and compliant manner. The ideal candidate must ensure proper inventory management, maintain documentation, and adhere to healthcare and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations for surgical products (instruments, consumables, sterile items, etc.).
  • Ensure proper storage conditions including temperature, hygiene, and FIFO/FEFO methods.
  • Receive goods and inspect them for quantity, quality, expiry, and damage.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS system and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
  • Plan and coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatching as per customer/hospital requirements.
  • Ensure all medical and surgical items are handled according to applicable regulations and standards (e.g., DCA, FDA, ISO).
  • Monitor expiry dates and batch numbers, ensuring timely usage and minimizing wastage.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
  • Generate periodic reports on stock levels, consumption trends, and inventory turnover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in surgical or pharmaceutical products.
  • Familiarity with medical warehousing norms, sterile storage, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and good documentation practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of GSP (Good Storage Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
  • Experience with audits (internal/external), especially in healthcare domain.
  • Ability to manage temperature-sensitive and sterile inventory.
  • Good communication and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
