Warehouse Incharge

work location- Pandalam,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
• Organize and maintain inventory records and reports.
• Coordinate with drivers to manage transportation and delivery schedules.

2. Staff Supervision:

• Address and resolve staff issues and conflicts as they arise.

3. Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

4. Maintenance and Organization:

• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Organize and optimize the storage layout to maximize space and improve accessibility.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse.

5. Collecting daily cash from drivers and depositing the same in companies bank account

6. Coordinating Product Receiving and Distribution

7. Packing In charge

8. Problem Solving:

• Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational challenges.
• Implement solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and address any logistical concerns.

9. In addition to the above responsibilities you will be liable to work as a Delivery Van driver if there is any requirement reported by the reporting manager because of absenteeism of driver.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
